Terms and Conditions This Service Order agreement is between you and TekPlay LLC and your use of this service signifies your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement as it may be amended from time. Please read carefully as it forms a binding contract between you and TekPlay LLC.

Warranty Disclaimer To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, TekPlay LLC disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. TekPlay LLC does not represent or warrant that the functions will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the defects will be corrected. TekPlay LLC does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, TekPlay LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials or the performance of your device including but not limited to physical damage, fire, accidents, wear and tear, acts of GOD, and other causes beyond the control of TekPlay LLC. We provide our services in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair devices for which you request such services. We will not intentionally harm your device. It is our goal we want to fix your device and not damage it more. In the case of accidental damage or data to your system, further damage or data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as viruses, misconfigured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold us, TekPlay LLC and any persons associated with or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
Private Data TekPlay LLC will not access your data for any reason and will only operate your device for testing purposes. You may password protect your device if you feel it is necessary but note that doing so will limit our ability to test certain functions (i.e. camera, headphone jack and signal antennas). TekPlay LLC is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the functionality of those features if the device is password protected.

Deposits are put down for parts that must be ordered. Deposits are not refundable after the ordered part is installed on the device.

Forgotten Device: If customer’s property is left for more than 30 days without notice, it will become property of TekPlay LLC, and will not be returned to customer. Customer agrees not to legally pursue TekPlay LLC for property that is in the possession of TekPlay LLC after 30 days from signed agreement.

Payment is required before or after the device is finished with service. The device may be keep until balance is satisfied in full.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will back up our work with support services. Free support will be provided for problems requested to be resolved in the work order but not resolved. Additional support may be provided free of charge at our discretion.

Notice TekPlay LLC may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, phone, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to TekPlay LLC. We will provide you with an estimate of cost for the work that you request us to do. Estimates are guaranteed to 15% accuracy. In the case that we foresee a deviation on cost of job completion beyond the above stated allowable amount, we will make very effort to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimate limit. In the case we cannot reach you, we will continue to work until the estimate limit is reached. Once reached, we will halt work until contact is established.
